The New Reference Laser for Anti-Aging and Beyond
The Quanta YouLaser is the world’s first mixed fractional laser. This new device is at the forefront of laser innovation for skin rejuvenation, scar treatment and gynaecology treatments.
The Quanta YouLaser uses proprietary mixed technology to be able to combine gold standards of 10600nm (CO2) and 1540nm (GaAS - Gallium Arsenide) in a sequential or simultaneous fashion.
When mixing 2 wavelengths at the exact same time you maximise the advantage of each of the wavelengths in just one sessions.
The laser and aesthetic marketplace now accepts the need and advantages of both ablative and non-ablative fractional lasers. Ablative lasers will offer a faster result but have a long downtime and higher risk of pigmentation problems. Non-ablative lasers are more tolerated by the patient and can be used on any skin types and most patients. The downside to these are the need for more session to deliver the desirable end clinical results.
The Quanta YouLaser eliminated this problem by coming ablative C02 and non-ablative GaAS. The two wavelengths can work separately or indeed together to offer the best possible treatment to each and every patient. This ability to mix different proportions of each laser means each individual treatment can be optimised for each individual patient.
The laser can also be used as a surgical laser with very fast delivery of C02 up to 2000Hz as well as microsecond pulsed for perfect control and coagulation.
The Quanta YouLaser is extremely reliable with a high -quality RF-driven CO2 and a 1540nm GaAs diode laser. The scanner that delivers the treatments is bot ergonomically and lightweight with an integrated connection for a Zimmer cooling system if required.
Benefits of Fractional and Non-Fractional treatments
CO2 10600nm Fractionated Mode (dot scanner)
Ablative skin resurfacing
CO2 10600nm (Non-Fractionated)
Incision, excision, ablation, vaporization and coagulation of body soft tissues including intraoral tissues, in medical specialties including aesthetic (dermatology and plastic surgery), otorhinolaryngology (ENT), gynaecology, neurosurgery, dental and oral surgery and genitourinary surgery.

What is mixed technology?
The Quanta YouLaser MT delivers both 1540nm and 10600nm wavelengths in the same micro-dot, with either sequential or simultaneous emission.
This innovation in laser technology means a controllable balance of ablation and coagulation depth. This in turn offers new levels of efficiency and treatments to the patients
Introducing Optisim
The Quanta YouLaser, as well as having a large, LED back-light, touch screen user-interface, makes use of advanced and user-friendly graphics. This helps the operator choose the correct settings.
To assist the operator even further, the Quanta YouLaser also has Optisim.
Optisim is a feature on the laser that generates a simulation of the emission pattern that will be generated by the laser, before starting each treatment.
This allows for a better understand of what is going to be delivered and makes fine adjustment of the laser parameters easy.
Divatight
The Quanta YouLaser also represents the latest innovation for gynaecology indications, in one of the most exciting new laser industries to be at the forefront of aesthetics.
Vaginal atrophy is when the vagina loses is natural structural collagen and thickness. This can be a result of ageing or childbirth and is exactly the same process as our other tissues show in conditions such as ageing of the face and wrinkles.
DIVATIGHT is Quanta;s unique treatment using mixed technology GaAs and CO2 for effective vaginal mucosa resurfacing and tightening - resulting in fsignificant improvement in the patient’s quality of life and sexual satisfaction, with an immediate return to normal actives.
The YouLaser delivers both ablative and non-ablative wavelengths at the exact same time which stimulates the mucosa contraction and production of new collagen. This results in the vaginal wall regaining much of its normal elasticity. The DIVATIGHT technique reduces the mucosa’s ablation during treatments when the non-ablative laser penetrates deeper into the tissue to maximise the tight thing effect with no blending and minimal recovery time.
Histology results
The Quanta YouLaser produces a fractional pattern of micro-dots of both coagulated and ablated tissue separated by the healthy tissue.
When the Quanta YouLaser is used with mixed-technology mode the wound dimensions is a direct relation to the total energy that is delivered by both wavelengths. In most of these cases there is a compete re-epithelisation in 3 days.
The pictures below show the results of mixed technology at: 1hour, 3 days and 14 days post treatment.
The mixed technology will increase the results and outcomes for conditions such as acne scars, producing a similar result to an ablative laser with little or no downtime for patients.
